211 Yukon was launched at the end of 2020 through the Emergency Community Support Fund of the Government of Canada.
211 is the information and referral service that connects residents of Yukon to critical human, social, community and government support. 211 helps you navigate the complex network of government and community programs and services to find the help you need in your unique situation. This service is 100% free and confidential.

- United Way Centraide Canada provides guidance and support to all United Ways and Centraides across the country. 211 Yukon is part of the Canada-wide 211 service network created by United Way Centraide Canada to provide information and referral services to Canadians, no matter where they live or where they need help.
- BC211
- BC211 provides management of the Yukon 211 database of resources and the 24×7 call centre. Their team of Community Resource Navigators have backgrounds in victim service, crisis response and social work. In 2022, BC211 integrated with United Way British Columbia.
- Government of Yukon
- The Yukon Government – Department of Health and Social Services provides funding and support for 211 Yukon.
